Ahead of a scheduled vote in the House on legislation repealing the Affordable Care Act, Congressman Charlie Crist (D-St. Petersburg) called on his colleagues to reject this bill that would leave 24 million Americans without coverage, including almost 60,000 residents in Florida's 13th Congressional District. Since it was signed into law seven years ago today, the Affordable Care Act has helped 1.7 million Floridians access care through the marketplace.

"Florida is the number one state with Affordable Care Act enrollments, we stand to lose the most with repeal," said Crist. "People's lives are on the line with this vote. Let's do the right thing and reject this bill!"
